Eligibility Criteria to Join Pak Army
Age
Candidate’s age must be between 20 to 25 years.
Sex & Marital Status
Only male candidates can apply for 34th graduate course to join Pak Army. Candidate must be unmarried.
Nationality
Candidate must be Pakistan citizen. Dual nationality holders must have to leave their foreign nationality in case of their selection.
Physical Standard
Applicants must have minimum height of 162.5 cm. The weight of candidates should be according to the body mass index.
Education
Candidate must be graduate (BA/BSc/BS/BSc Hons/BBA/BPA) with minimum 60 % marks and he must have got 50 % marks in intermediate. Residents of some back ward areas and serving army soldiers will be given concession in marks. For details see the news paper ad cutting on this page. Candidate who have got 60% marks in BA/BSc part one exams and awaiting the result of part 2, may also apply but they will have to submit a hope certificate issued by their head of institution. But such candidates will have to submit their original result card till 31 August 2014 at GHQ/PA Directorate. Candidates who have duplicate mark sheet/certificate are advised to get verification certificate from controller examination/secretary of their concerned board/university.
Registration & Selection Procedure
Registration Through Internet
Candidates can get themselves registered through internet on the following website www.joinpakarmy.gov.pk. But for registration through internet candidate must have an email ID as candidates will be informed about the time and date of their written and physical tests through their email. Candidates will have to appear for preliminary test as per the date and time written on their computerized roll number slips. Candidates are advised to bring the all necessary documents with them at the time of test, which have been mentioned in the ad given below. Candidates will have to pay the prospectus fee on the day of test.
Registration at Army Recruitment Centers (AS&RCs)
Interested candidates can get themselves registered in the nearest  Army Recruitment Centers (AS&RCs) too. Such candidates will receive their roll number slips from their concerned Army Recruitment Centers (AS&RCs).
Schedule of Registration/Test
Registration and preliminary tests will be conducted as per following schedule.
Registration
Registration process will start from 5 May, 2014 and it will continue till 5 June, 2014 without any break.
Preliminary Test
Preliminary tests will be taken from 10 June 2014 till 20 June 2014.
Initial Selection
Written& Intelligence Test
Written and intelligence test will be consist of of MCQs about English, Mathematics, Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies and General Knowledge. Physical and health test of successful candidates will be conducted at AS&RCs. Details of physical tests are also available on this page.
Interview
Successful candidates in written tes will have to appear for interviews at AS&RCs. At this stage candidate will be short listed for ISSB test. Short listed candidates will be called forISSB test through website and call letters.
Final Selection
After ISSB test recommended  candidates will contact local CMH for medical fitness examination. Final selection will be made on the basis of over all performance of candidates in GHQ.
Duration of Training in PMA
Selected candidates will  be trained in Pma before granting them regular commission.
